Follow-up and travel dates depend on your procedure and healing. These approximate milestones are not a fixed travel schedule; the clinical team confirms your individual plan.

- Rhinoplasty
- Silicone splints and the cast are removed after about one week.
- Septoplasty
- Observation and any splint removal are arranged individually, according to the extent of surgery and healing.
- Septal perforation repair
- Splints are removed after 7–10 days.
- Otoplasty
- A dressing may be used for about one week; a night headband may then be advised for up to one month.
- Buccal fat removal
- Often a day-case procedure; swelling and the timing of reviews need to be considered separately from discharge.

How long should I plan to stay in Istanbul for rhinoplasty?
