Legal bases

We process personal data where necessary to enter into a contract, to comply with legal obligations and for legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5); health data is processed based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 6).

Transfers

Data may be shared with competent public authorities where required by law and with our hosting and email service providers, in line with KVKK Articles 8 and 9, including the rules on transfers abroad.

If you accept marketing cookies in the cookie banner, visit data and hashed (SHA-256) contact details from the consultation form may be transferred abroad to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Google Ireland Ltd. for advertising measurement; this transfer is based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 9) and can be withdrawn via the cookie preferences.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose and for the periods required by law, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, know the recipients, request correction or deletion, object to automated decisions and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
